Sensei Peter Hollowood 4th Dan Karate

Karate Mornington Chief Instructor Sensei Peter Hollowood started his Karate training some twenty years ago. He was naturally drawn
to the excitement of sports karate where he won many local competitions and he went on to win two National Championships and an Australian Open.

He was selected in the Australian squad and trained at the A.I.S (Australian Institute of Sport) in Canberra. After a short but successful competition career Peter then focused on starting his own dojo in Mornington in 2004.  The karate dojo grew quickly and moved to its current location in Carbine Way Mornington.

The dojo has achieved considerable success, producing many great young athletes at State, National and International level.
